As a Recruitment Officer, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities
  1. Understanding Healthcare Staffing Needs
  2. Collaborate closely with department heads to identify staffing needs across various departments, specialties, and healthcare settings.

  4. Utilize a variety of channels such as healthcare job boards, professional associations, networking events, and social media platforms to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
  5. Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations that may impact recruitment practices.
  6. Review resumes and applications to identify candidates with relevant healthcare experience and qualifications.
  7. Facilitate the interview process, ensuring timely scheduling and feedback.
  8. Extend job offers to selected candidates.
  9. Coordinate the onboarding process, including background checks, drug screenings, and orientation sessions.
  10. Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, applicant sources, and retention rates, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the healthcare recruitment process.
Qualifications:
