Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company properties (residential, commercial, plots, and villas).
- Build client relationships, and conduct property viewings.
- Provide clients with accurate and updated information about available properties.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Work with the marketing team to maximize property exposure.
- Keep up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate sales experience.
- Valid UAE driving license (required).
- Fluency in Arabic (verbal and written); English and Urdu are an advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Knowledge of UAE’s real estate market and relevant regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Ability to commute/relocate
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience
- UAE REAL ESTATE: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification
- UAE driving license (Preferred)
