Role Description:

  1. Strong Knowledge of OFF-PLAN
  2. Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
  3. Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and detailed information about the properties
  4. Assist clients in negotiating favorable terms and prices for buying, selling, or renting properties
  5. Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitive landscape
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
  7. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
  9. Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process
  10. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Consultant
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
  3. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  5. Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools
  6. Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  7. Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
  8. Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent
  9. Experience in the off-plan market is a plus
