What you will Need:

• Valid driver's license

• Determination to succeed, ambition, and self-motivation to excel in the industry
• No specific experience necessary - some of our top performers have previously worked in roles such as: customer service, business development, retail, public services, professional sports, tradesmen and more
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, with a proven record of closing deals and generating leads OR sales / customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build client trust and close consistently
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a commission-based, fast-paced environment
