Role Description

We are looking for driven, charismatic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Property Consultants. Whether you are an experienced closer or a motivated newcomer (fresher) looking to break into the industry, we provide the platform, the location, and the training to help you succeed in Dubai’s fast-paced Off-plan and Secondary markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential investors.
  • Consultancy: Guide clients through the diverse landscape of Dubai’s real estate, from luxury off-plan launches to premium secondary market villas and apartments.
  • Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on leads and conduct cold/warm calling to build your pipeline.
  • Property Showings: Conduct professional viewings and present projects at developer showrooms.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of market trends, new laws, and upcoming project launches in Dubai.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome! We value personality, grit, and a "can-do" attitude over years of service. Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of English. Being multilingual is a major advantage in our international market.
  • Mindset: A strong desire to achieve financial independence and the resilience to handle a commission-based environment.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Requirements: Must be willing to obtain a UAE Driving License (if not already held).

Technical & Practical Requirements
  • Digital Proficiency: Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, social media platforms, and basic property portal management.
  • Local Knowledge: General understanding of Dubai’s geography and key residential hubs (Downtown, Marina, Business Bay, etc.).
  • Documentation: Knowledge of the sales process, including MOUs, SPAs, and RERA forms (training provided for freshers).
  • Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License and access to a personal vehicle are highly preferred.
