Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to handle project planning and execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet deadlines and budgets, manage risks, and facilitate communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership skills, as well as experience in coordinating resources and managing project changes. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
  • Technically competent to handle and manage any technical dispute/changes arise on project.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating issues as needed.
  • Lead and motivate project team members, ensuring clear communication of roles and responsibilities.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
  • Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
