Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the iGaming industry to lead project execution across real money gaming fantasy platforms and live casino environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles coordinating with technical and crossfunctional teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g. Curacao). Experience with Indian iGaming markets including grey market operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple iGaming projects including platform launches product updates thirdparty integrations and operational enhancements.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle: from requirement gathering and documentation to execution and postdelivery evaluation.
• Define project scope objectives timelines deliverables and required resources in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: development QA product marketing operations and compliance to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project milestones risks and dependencies using tools such as JIRA Asana or Trello.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and status reports for stakeholders and management.
• Manage and coordinate with thirdparty vendors contractors or development teams.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and licensing requirements (e.g. Curacao license).
• Drive process improvements through retrospective evaluations and team feedback.
• Act as the point of contact for projectrelated communications ensuring transparency across all departments.

Requirements

• 34 years of proven experience in iGaming project management (online casino sportsbook fantasy sports or live gaming platforms).
• Strong knowledge of Indian iGaming markets including grey market experience.
• Familiarity with Curacaolicensed operations and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams with solid understanding of development processes and project lifecycle.
• Skilled in documenting project scope functional specs and user stories.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello Asana).
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership problemsolving and timemanagement capabilities.
• Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Information Technology or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work a sixday week.
