ProjectRole
  • Support the successful execution and delivery of projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring seamless coordination and timely progress across all phases.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring accountability.
  • Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
  • Act as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, providing consistent updates on status, changes, risks, and challenges. Ensure stakeholder expectations are effectively managed and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources. Report on financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, status reports, and updates forleadership.
  • Prepareconditionsofconstructioncontractsforclient’sapprovalandnegotiatethemwithcontractors
  • Reportanypotentialproblemsorriskstotheprojectdirectorasneededinordertomitigateanyissuesinfuture.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and align with defined project objectives.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. Address any delays and rework schedules as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by complying with all safety codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Utilizeindustrybestpractices,techniques,andstandardsthroughoutentireprojectexecution.
  • Managetheappointmentorcoordinatewithexternalconsultantsorsubconsultantsfortheflawlessexecutionofprojects.
  • Reviewingthedesigndeliverablestoensurethattheyarecompleteandmeetthestandardsrequiredforeachstage/agreement.
CompanyRole
  • Have an understanding of ourBusiness plan, mission statement and key challenges.
  • Contribute to the developmentof company procedures by taking an active role in task groups.
  • Attend team meetings and playan active role in the development of procedures within your team.
  • Review and comment on companyprocedures using the feedback system.

QHSE Responsibilities
  • Understand, implement andfollow 9E QHSE policies.
  • Implement and coordinate QHSEprocedures in your workplace.
  • Comply with local regulatoryauthority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
  • Report any QHSE incidentsimmediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
  • Abide Client/Contractor QHSErequirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
