Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, development, and execution of scaffolding and warehouse projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project flow.
- Conduct regular site visits, supervise field activities, and directly intervene to resolve operational challenges.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor payments in alignment with financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and authority approvals.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports and recommendations directly to the CEO.
- Build, mentor, and manage a capable project team—including engineers, supervisors, and coordinators.
- Maintain accurate project records including drawings, approvals, invoices, and correspondence.
- Drive accountability, ownership, and performance within the project teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in scaffolding, industrial construction, or warehouse development.
- Strong expertise in UAE authority approvals, compliance standards, and project delivery requirements.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Valid UAE driving license.
