Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of scaffolding and warehouse projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project flow.
• Conduct regular site visits, supervise field activities, and directly intervene to resolve operational challenges.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor payments in alignment with financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and authority approvals.
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports and recommendations directly to the CEO.
• Build, mentor, and manage a capable project team—including engineers, supervisors, and coordinators.
• Maintain accurate project records including drawings, approvals, invoices, and correspondence.
• Drive accountability, ownership, and performance within the project teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in scaffolding, industrial construction, or warehouse development.
• Strong expertise in UAE authority approvals, compliance standards, and project delivery requirements.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Valid UAE driving license.
