With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice - Dubai's new luxurious Venetian-Inspired Waterfront community we are rapidly expanding our onsite Supervision team based in (Dubai).

As a Project Control Manager you will be reporting to Head of Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project controls including planning scheduling cost control risk management and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain project master schedules baselines and progress measurement systems.
• Monitor project budgets and cash flows; evaluate and report on project performance indicators (CPI SPI etc.).
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders regarding project status risks and variances.
• Coordinate with design teams contractors and client representatives to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and validate contractor and subcontractor schedules and cost reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.
• 15 years of experience in project controls with at least 5years in a consulting firm.
• Proven track record working on high-rise residential projects in the UAE or GCC region.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project and project management software/tools.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC and local UAE construction regulations.
