Job summary

A multinational engineering consultancy based in Dubai seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead the programme controls function. This role involves delivering Project Controls systems and ensuring the accuracy of performance reporting while adapting leadership styles as needed. Qualifications

• Have a degree in a relevant technical or management field or suitable equivalent qualifications and experience.
• Have the ability to make risk-based decisions where the parameters are unclear and judgement is needed.

• Are competent in using the software needed to perform the role.
• Have a desire to work within various sectors and with a range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Project Controls systems.
• Lead the programme controls function for monitoring accuracy and consistency.
• Review new project proposals and monitor resourceable plans.
• Identify resourcing requirements to support the programme.
• Provide daily service reporting on plans, costs, safety, and performance.
• Monitor data input by project teams to meet required standards.
