The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and 5–6 years of experience in a high-volume production environment. Responsibilities include enhancing productivity through team development, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and improving resource allocation. Attractive salary up to 15K AED per month offered.

About the Client: A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings.

Responsibilities
  • Manage overall production operations, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvement to meet targets and maintain profitability.
  • Oversee product quality and documentation, ensuring accurate records, quality checks, and resolution of production or field concerns.
  • Lead and develop the production team through supervision, training, and performance feedback to improve productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with strong technical skills in process and system implementation.
  • Proficient in demand planning and forecasting, with strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proven leadership and people-development skills, capable of guiding and managing teams effectively.
  • 5–6 years of experience as Production In-Charge in paint manufacturing or a similar high-volume production environment.
