Product Manager - Advanced Analytics | Majid Al Futtaim Properties

ROLE SUMMARY

The Advanced Analytics Product Manager will play a critical role in driving the development and success of high-impact, AI-powered use case products within the transformation roadmap. This role serves as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, implementation teams, and technology functions—ensuring Advanced Analytics solutions are aligned to business goals, deliver measurable value, and are effectively integrated into decision-making processes.

ROLE PROFILE
  • Collaborate closely with the Business owners and Head of Analytics to define and implement a group-wide analytics product strategy aligned to business priorities and the Transformation vision.
  • Own the full product lifecycle of advanced analytics and AI-powered use cases—from ideation and proof-of-concept (POC) to scaled implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for each analytics product, ensuring clarity of purpose, stakeholder alignment, and long-term value delivery.
  • Participate in discovery workshops with business units to identify analytics opportunities, shape problem statements, and prioritize high impact use cases.
  • Collaborate with data science, analytics, and business teams to convert successful POCs into scalable products that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across functions, acting as a trusted advisor and product evangelist.
  • Lead change management efforts, helping drive cultural and behavioral shifts around data usage and analytics adoption.
  • Work with data management teams to structure and prepare high-quality, relevant data assets that enable fast prototyping and product development.
  • Partner with data engineers to incorporate internal and external data sources, optimizing analytics product performance and value.
  • Provide input into the data infrastructure roadmap, ensuring alignment between analytics product needs and platform capabilities.
  • Support the advanced analytics operating model, participating in governance forums, and contributing to the evolution of best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, product management, business analysis, and management consulting.
  • Strong background in delivering data or AI-powered products, ideally within large organizations and being part of data transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics fundamentals, product development lifecycles, and enterprise business environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; highly effective in cross-functional teamwork and communicating complex ideas in a simple, compelling way.
