Role Overview

The Product Director will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the webook.com digital platform, ensuring it meets customer needs and drives business growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership, guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, high‑quality products that enhance user experience and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and long‑term strategy aligned with company goals. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to inform the product strategy and roadmap decisions. Lead the creation of innovative features and enhancements that strengthen webook’s competitive advantage.
  • Product Development & Execution: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch to continuous improvement. Prioritize product initiatives based on data, business impact, and customer feedback. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure timely, high‑quality product delivery.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing product management team. Partner with business leaders to ensure product goals align with sales, marketing, and operational strategies. Represent the product vision and roadmap to internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders.
  • Performance & Optimization: Define key product metrics (KPIs) and track performance to ensure product‑market fit and growth. Use data and insights to iterate and optimize the user experience and platform performance. Drive product adoption, engagement, and retention through innovative features and seamless user journeys.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success leading digital product development for a platform or marketplace.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, agile methodologies, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the events, travel, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
