Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to join a top real estate development organisation in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in high-rise projects within the UAE, strong skills in strategic sourcing, contract management, and negotiation. Responsibilities include overseeing the procurement lifecycle, managing supplier relations, and preparing procurement performance reports. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as proficiency in using procurement software.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to join a leading real estate development organisation in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with developers or main contractors and a strong background in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract finalisation across major construction packages.

Responsibilities
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
  • Manage procurement and contract finalisation for PS items including:
  • Enabling Contractors
  • Elevator Contractors
  • MEP Contractors
  • Swimming Pool Contractors
  • Joinery Contractors
  • Handle the full procurement lifecycle from Material Requests (MRs) / BOQs through to final delivery or service completion on site
  • Conduct strategic sourcing and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Plan and manage procurement schedules, delivery methods, and budgets to ensure timely project execution
  • Coordinate closely with Design and Project teams to align procurement activities with project timelines
  • Collect, assess, and share supplier qualification and performance data
  • Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly procurement performance reports
Qualifications
