Job Overview
  • Execute and optimize procurement processes, negotiate contracts, develop supplier relationships, ensure budget compliance and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and contracting: Executing sourcing strategies, budget alignment, supplier assessment, procurement document development, building long-term supplier partnerships, market research, contract review and negotiation, supplier performance evaluation, and supporting report preparation.
  • Procurement policies and procedures: Ensure implementation of procurement policies and procedures and provide suggestion to update and amend them.
Job Specifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Procurement role.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field e.g., business administration, operations management etc.
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to handle and resolve complex issues.
