Job summary

Une entreprise d'architecture et d'ingénierie basée à Dubaï recherche un Principal Landscape Architect. Le candidat idéal devra superviser les équipes de paysage, gérer les projets et avoir au moins 20 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions pertinentes. En plus d'un baccalauréat en architecture paysagère, une expérience dans les pays du Conseil de coopération du Golfe est nécessaire. Qualifications

• 20 ans d'expérience pertinente, dont au moins 5 ans au niveau directeur/principal.
• Inscription comme Architecte Paysagiste Professionnel (PLA).
• Expérience dans une entreprise de conseil multidisciplinaire.

Responsibilities

• Surveiller les équipes de paysage dans plusieurs bureaux.
• Prendre en charge la gestion de projet, y compris les propositions et les budgets.
• Fournir supervision pour le personnel professionnel et technique.

Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Principal Landscape Architect for a established and leading architecture and engineering firm based for their Dubai Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Landscape Teams across multiple offices, collaborating closely with the Community Planning, Environmental, and Cultural teams.
• Take charge of project management responsibilities, including developing proposals, defining project scopes and budgets, establishing project schedules, and conducting profitability analysis.
• Provide supervision for both professional and technical staff, encompassing tasks such as recruitment, performance evaluations, optimizing staff member assignments, and fostering teamwork within the department.
• Efficiently manage team workflows, project assignments, overall schedules, and resource allocation to meet project requirements and target utilization.
• Consistently embody the firm’s vision, mission, and core values in your work and interactions.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Community Planning, Urban Design, or closely related field.
• 20 years of relevant consulting, agency, or municipal experience, with at least 5 yrs exp working at Director/Principal level
• 5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) registration.
• GCC experience a must (not remote based but based in GCC)
• Strong project management, client management, profit management, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Master’s degree in related field.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary consulting firm.
• Business development experience. Position is to be based in Dubai.
