Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Ability to promote positive relations with all hotel guests & colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Guest service is met on time and that urgent requirements are done promptly.
• Check all items for dry cleaning are correctly marked.
• Operate dry cleaning machine and press to ensure high standards.
• Assist and train other Laundry Employees in the process of dry cleaning.
