Your leadership will be essential in ensuring that our wellness center delivers exceptional health services and promotes holistic well-being.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the wellness center ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
• Provide nursing care including patient assessments, care coordination and health education
• Supervise and support nursing and administrative staff fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
• Monitor clinical practices and outcomes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as the point of contact for clients addressing any concerns, inquiries or feedback effectively
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive wellness programs and services

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
