The project

This is an opportunity to work on a unique project consists of mixed-use, commercial and residential development, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for
  • Develops and maintains integrated master schedules, progressing from Level 3 to Level 2 detail.
  • Coordinates with PMC and design consultants to ensure accurate productivity outputs and alignment with project goals.
  • Conducts regular site visits to validate real-time progress and ensure schedule accuracy.
  • Reviews and assures quality of PMC schedules, including programme narratives and baselines.
  • Monitors progress against baselines, identifying delays and reporting on project performance.
  • Assess and advises on mitigation schedules, offering independent analysis and corrective actions.
  • Manages project interfaces and performance, tracking trends and implementing mitigation measures.
  • Ensures planning procedures align with PMO standards, reviewing dashboards for data accuracy.
  • Prepares monthly planning reports and updates for senior management on schedule impacts.
  • Collaborates across teams, including data, commercial, and project controls, to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
You’ll need to have
  • Holds a degree in construction or equivalent field experience, with professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or similar.
  • Leads the application of planning and scheduling methodologies, tools, and techniques across projects.

Demonstrates strong expertise in project controls, including planning / scheduling and earned value management (EVM).
