Job Overview

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator (Female Candidate) who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing and be familiar with UAE labor laws and regulations. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for employees on a timely basis
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll data
  • Prepare and maintain payroll records
  • Calculate and process employee benefits, deductions, and taxes
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies or issues
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information
  • Communicate with employees regarding payroll inquiries
  • Generate payroll reports as needed
  • Assist with other HR and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

Contract Details
