Job summary

A healthcare provider in Dubai seeks a Patient Administrator to improve patient care quality. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience in a Contact Centre or Healthcare environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient appointment scheduling and registration process effectively.
  • Handle the medical insurance process and related tasks efficiently.
  • Manage the billing and cash up process.
  • Meet customer service expectations by enhancing quality of patient service.

Skills

Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
CRM (customer relations management) software applications
Hospital information systems
Knowledge of medical insurance terminologies and process
Medical terminology and procedures
Numerical literacy

Education

Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
Tertiary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferably within medical science or finance/accounting
