Job summary

A healthcare organization is looking for a Patient Administrator to improve patient care quality by efficiently managing appointments, medical insurance, and billing processes. Candidates should have completed secondary education and possess 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare. Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' experience in a customer services role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in a Contact Centre or Healthcare environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process.
  • Manage the medical insurance process and related tasks.
  • Oversee the billing and cash up process.
  • Meet customer service expectations by enhancing patient service quality.

Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications

Hospital information systems
Knowledge of medical insurance terminologies

Education

Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
