• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Greet and interact with guests ensuring satisfaction.
• Supervise and motivate the outlet team.
• Assist in managing stock levels to minimize waste.
• Support in achieving outlet financial targets.

Skills

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities
