- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Greet and interact with guests ensuring satisfaction.
- Supervise and motivate the outlet team.
- Assist in managing stock levels to minimize waste.
- Support in achieving outlet financial targets.
Skills
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
