Job description
Overview

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement and performs varied and complex duties that require independent judgment. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements, may lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagements ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations and participates in business development activities. 6‑8 years of experience relevant to this position, including 3‑4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with team members and clients, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a project team in delivering an Oracle Cloud or On‑Prem technology solution to the customer for small, medium and large projects.
  • Manage all project resources, including subcontractors.
  • Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.
  • Manage scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree.
  • Previous solid experience in managing full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud and/or On‑Prem complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well remotely with a diverse project team.
  • Ability to balance investigating/troubleshooting on your own.
  • Fluent in English and/or French; Arabic mother tongue is an advantage.
  • Specific previous implementation experience of Oracle applications and/or technology products.
  • International and cross‑cultural project management experience.
  • PM Methodology certification is a must.
  • Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent experience consolidating and harmonising business management systems.
  • Prior consulting and/or project management experience required.
  • Self‑starter, confident, driven with strong organisational skills.
  • Specific knowledge of Oracle industry solutions is an advantage.
  • Significant C‑level presentation experience.
  • Flexible to travel to the Middle East as per project requirements.
