Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose vision problems and provide appropriate treatments
• Prescribe corrective lenses using sophisticated equipment and technology
• Assist customers with the selection of frames, lenses and other optical products
• Provide advice on contact lens care and maintenance
• Carry out follow-up visits to ensure patient satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of patient visits and treatments provided
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry from an accredited university or college
• Proven work experience as an Optometrist or similar role
