Position Summary

The Operator - Filling and Packing is responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of filling and packing equipment. This role requires a strong attention to detail and quality orientation to ensure that products meet the required standards. The operator will work collaboratively within a team to maintain production flow and adhere to safety protocols.

Role Purpose

Operate filling, capping, labelling, and packing lines to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate filling and packing machinery according to established procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Set up and monitor filling/packaging machines.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure correct labelling/packaging.
• Maintain compliance with safety and GMP procedures.
