• 2/3 years in a training and operation role.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs tailored to each role in the operations department.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for current employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through tests and feedback.
• Assist the HOD in managing and coordinating various projects.
