The Role

  • Coordinate ports, agents, STS, lightering, bunkering, and documentation to keep operations compliant and on time.
  • Reconcile noon-reports, ROB and speed-consumption, track laytime and idle time, and prepare TCE and bunker KPI packs.
  • Manage a 24/7 duty roster, coach Operations Executives, and update SOPs and workflows in IMOS and related tools.
  • Coordinate closely with Chartering on voyage terms and post-fixture issues while maintaining accurate voyage files.
What you bring

Must-have

  • 5+ years in tanker operations on the owner or owner-operator side. Agency-only backgrounds are out of scope.
  • Proficiency with Veson IMOS, Q88, AIS portals, and E-NOA/EDIS with strong Excel and written reporting.
  • Working knowledge of OCIMF/SIRE, TMSA, ISGOTT, MARPOL VI, SOLAS, and regional port rules.

Nice-to-have

  • Master Mariner or Chief Mate license and sea time. Proven coordination of high-risk activities such as STS and hot work.
Location

Dubai, UAE.

Why join

Front-line ownership of live voyages, cross-functional exposure to Chartering and Finance, and a data-driven ops culture that rewards clear decisions and reliable follow-through.
