Overview

We are seeking a polished service-oriented and detail-focused Operations Manager / Floor Manager / Reception Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our coworking and business services center. This person will act as the face of the company ensuring seamless service delivery efficient client onboarding and high levels of satisfaction for all members and visitors. This is a foundational role that requires leadership operational discipline and the ability to create a premium experience for clients from day one.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the front-of-house operations ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all clients and guests.

  • Oversee reception staff performance and scheduling ensuring consistent service levels.

  • Manage all administrative functions including client billing documentation and daily reporting.

  • Ensure client onboarding is seamless and professional.

  • Maintain the overall look and feel of the facility to the highest standards.

  • Act as the point of escalation for client requests concerns or feedback.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Facilities teams to deliver a five-star client experience.


Qualifications


  • 610 years of experience in operations or front-office management within hospitality coworking or premium service environments.

  • Demonstrated team leadership and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and written skills.

  • Highly organized presentable polished and service-minded.

  • Experience in managing VIP clientele and senior corporate stakeholders.
