Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of holiday homes units to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage inspections and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate maintenance issues and follow up until resolution.
• Ensure properties meet DTCM / Dubai Tourism compliance requirements.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergency issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and property status.
• Liaise with property owners regarding unit condition and operational updates.
• Ensure company policies, SOPs, and safety standards are followed.
• Support onboarding of new units (handover, snagging, setup).
