Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of our office. The role involves following up with clients for payments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with different departments to ensure efficient operations. You will also assist with legal and government-related documentation, making this a well-rounded role for a proactive and organized professional.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up with clients / customers for pending payments via calls, emails, and visits.
  • Escalate overdue accounts to management when needed.
  • Visit government offices for visa processing and other official documentation.
  • Assist with legal documentation and company records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
  • Locals only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with good organizational abilities.
  • Valid Driving License is mandatory.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in granite, marble, or natural stone products
  • Understanding of construction, interior, or architecture sectors is required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English required (Arabic is an advantage)
