Job summary

An infrastructure development firm in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented Site Engineer with structural experience. You will oversee various aspects of infrastructure projects ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 3-5 years of experience, along with knowledge of project management tools. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on-site in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering for infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure projects (bridges, highways, tunnels, etc.).
• Experience in site supervision and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports.
