Overview

Apt Resources is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Human Resources Officer to manage comprehensive HR and payroll functions, particularly for a large number of expatriate employees in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling payroll visa processes and employee documentation across the MENA region, Europe and other international locations as required.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage payroll for a high volume of expatriate employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Administer end-to-end visa processing, residency permits, and work authorizations across multiple jurisdictions (MENA, Europe and others depending on client requirements).
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies regarding employee onboarding, benefits, and mobility.
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and HR reporting.
  • Manage employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation for global HR practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
