JA Ocean View Hotel is seeking a confident, energetic, and service-driven female Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations at OIA, our signature Greek restaurant and pool lounge.

OIA is a high-energy lifestyle destination offering an authentic Greek dining experience, weekly brunch pool parties, immersive Greek-themed evenings, handcrafted cocktails, and vibrant entertainment—all set against the breathtaking views of Ain Dubai and the Arabian Gulf.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of OIA Restaurant and Pool Lounge, ensuring smooth, efficient, and elevated service.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Proactively handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance standards, and team engagement.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance.
• Collaborate closely with culinary, bar, and entertainment teams to execute seamless themed events.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance guest engagement Authorized. service quality, and overall venue performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a premium hospitality or lifestyle dining environment.
• Greek cuisine experience is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• A guest‑centric mindset with a passion for high-energy dining and entertainment concepts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic operation with confidence and composure.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and proactive operational skills.
• European language skills required, including English and Greek.
