Job description

We are looking for a Stakeholder Engineer with 24 years of experience in the building construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various authorities, consultants and clients to ensure all necessary approvals, NOCs and permits are obtained in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with government authorities (e.g. ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, Etisalat, etc.) for obtaining approvals and NOCs.
  • Review and prepare drawings/documents required for submission to authorities.
  • Follow up on approval status and ensure timely resolution of comments or requirements.
  • Maintain updated records of submissions, approvals and correspondence with authorities.
  • Liaise with consultants and project teams to ensure design and site compliance with authority standards.
  • Support project management and site teams in resolving authority-related issues.
  • Represent the company during authority inspections and meetings when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 24 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction sector (preferably building projects).
  • Strong knowledge of authority approval processes and documentation requirements.
  • Must have knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing and updating drawings.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
  • UAE Driving License preferred.
Benefits and Salary

Salary: AED 6k-10k per month (based on experience and technical knowledge)
