We are hiring a multi-skilled and creative Nail Technician for a ladies salon in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate should be passionate about nail care and trends with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality nail services: manicure, pedicure, gel polish, acrylic/gel extensions, spa treatments, and nail art.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation.
• Recommend appropriate nail treatments and retail products based on client needs.
• Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the nail industry.
• Support the team with general salon duties and assist in maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Act with professionalism, respect, and good manners always, representing the salon positively.
• Be well-groomed and presentable with a neat personal appearance and polite communication when interacting with clients.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage return visits.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Offer basic facial or waxing services (threading, upper lip, eyebrow shaping).
• Perform hand and foot massage during spa-style treatments.
• Assist with reception duties, client bookings, and greeting walk-ins.
• Recommend and upsell beauty products and services.
• Support/assist team members with other services.

Professionalism & Client Interaction:

• Must be confident, respectful, and calm when dealing with all types of clients.
• Must understand customer service etiquette, including body language, tone, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Should be able to handle client feedback or requests in a polite and helpful manner.

Training & Development:

The salon may provide training to enhance your skills and stay updated with new techniques and trends in the nail and beauty industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nail Technician (UAE experience preferred).
• Valid certification(s) in nail care or beauty therapy.
• Skilled in manicure/pedicure, gel polish, nail extensions, and nail art.
• Strong hygiene practices and knowledge of sterilization standards.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
• Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate with legal documentation.
