Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Physiotherapist to join our musculoskeletal team – someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering high‑quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence‑based assessment and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including pre/post‑operative rehabilitation.
- Design and implement progressive rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient goals.
- Utilise VALD Performance Systems to assess, monitor and guide patient outcomes with a data‑informed approach.
- Collaborate with our team of osteopaths, chiropractors, naturopaths and movement coaches to create integrated care plans.
- Educate patients about injury prevention, biomechanics, functional movement and long‑term health strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date clinical documentation and patient notes.
- Participate in internal CPD team training and ongoing development aligned with Joint Space philosophies.
- Contribute to workshops, seminars or movement‑based offerings within the Joint Space ecosystem as appropriate.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (recognized by UAE licensing authority).
- DHA license or eligibility.
- Proficiency or interest in using VALD equipment (ForceDecks, NordBord, ForceFrame, etc.).
- Solid understanding of strength and conditioning principles in a rehab context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and holistic setting.
- Passion for ongoing learning and professional growth.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience working with athletes or active populations.
- Familiarity with movement screening tools and functional assessment systems.
- Interest or experience in integrative approaches to rehab (e.g. manual therapy, dry needling, biofeedback, etc.).
- Interest in contributing to education within the Joint Space framework.
