• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel, preferably with a focus on M.I.C.E sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute all sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, solicit, and secure transient and group business.
• Prepare corporate and government proposal letters and contracts.
• Monitor and report market trends and competitor activities.
