The Valuedynamx Team

The role

The ECommerce Merchant Partnerships Director ME is key to driving commercial growth for Collinson Valuedynamx. Responsible for managing supplier relationships and growth opportunities across GCC South Africa India Turkey Australia and New Zealand this role ensures alignment with global objectives overseeing SLAs KPIs contracting onboarding and pricing negotiations.

You’ll collaborate with clients to enhance engagement through content promotions and marketing and work with regional and global teams to achieve company goals. Additionally you’ll support campaign management and play a pivotal role in expanding the merchant network to strengthen the Valuedynamx offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify target merchants brands and products for client reward programs.
  • Build relationships with key decisionmakers and suppliers across categories.
  • Deliver local product lines based on brand selection and gap analyses.
  • Pitch opportunities and manage merchant acquisitions including contracts and finances.
  • Lead product selection pricing and purchasing to drive revenue.
  • Acquire new merchants and products ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Manage launch schedules pricing margins and onboarding for new content.
  • Stay ahead of trends by attending events and reading trade journals.
  • Lead generation and maintain strong brand relationships optimizing stock.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely content publishing and updates.
  • Source discounts for promotions and assist with ad campaign coordination.
  • Generate leads and manage billing and forecasting for ancillary revenue.
  • Continuously improve sourcing and merchant processes and handle new merchant inquiries and research partnership opportunities.
Experience & qualifications
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or relevant experience.
  • Ecommerce retail experience (loyalty incentive FMCG) with knowledge of ClickLinked/CardLinked marketing and contract negotiation.
  • Experience in merchandising and email campaigns.
  • Strong communicator able to manage partner onboarding and secure pricing.
  • Proven success in driving consumer spend and optimizing revenue.
  • Ability to apply global/regional trends to strategies.
