Our business is looking for a reliable and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month and we welcome applications from immigrants.

Job Summary: The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing all merchandising activities related to our products, ensuring that the right products are available in the right quantity and at the right time. The successful candidate will be able to analyze sales data, plan promotions and create displays for our products.

Job Duties: The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends in customer demands;
• Negotiating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products;
• Maintaining inventory records and making sure the inventory is accurately tracked;
• Creating product displays that ensure maximum visibility;
• Coordinating promotional activities;
• Training staff on product knowledge;
• Liaising with marketing teams to ensure that campaigns are well managed; and
• Monitoring customer feedback and taking corrective action where necessary.

Job Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in merchandising or a related field;
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as on a team;
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills;
• Good communication skills (written & verbal);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Knowledge of relevant regulations & standards applicable to merchandising activities.
