MEP Estimation Engineer - Building and Contracting

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Engineer with a strong background in cost estimation.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. You will collaborate with the project team to review plans, specifications, and other project documentation to develop detailed cost estimates. You will analyze data, perform takeoffs, and prepare cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Additionally, you will monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations to optimize project budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost estimation for MEP projects, excellent analytical and mathematical skills, and a thorough understanding of MEP systems.
