Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering field, preferably mechanical.

Job description

• Create BIM Model (MEP & HVAC model) up to LOD 450 and do clash detection for coordination.

• Prepare MEP Building Services Layouts.
• Coordinates with the Engineer in preparation of design drawings and details for construction.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and errors and do corrections necessary for the project.
• Provides spot detail / Shop drawings for the clarity of the plans and details.
• Responsible for MEP drawing coordination with Architectural

• Create Architectural and structural 3D Model based on 2D drawings and do clash detection for coordination.
• Coordinates with the Architect ( architectural model input ) in preparation of design drawings and details for construction.
• Create render views and walkthrough videos out of the created models

• Able to use engineering sizing tools for pipes ducts cables etc
• Making Site visit for the measurement of the Area for asbuilt purposes.
• Extract BOQs & schedules for all MEP components such as Pipes cable trays cables ducts valves duct accessories

Qualifications :

• Diploma in on of engineering field ( mechanical preferred )

Additional Information :

• Ability to work using modeling softwares such as ( Revit AutoCAD Plant 3D )
• Ability to use clash detection softwares such as Navisworks
• Have strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical field
• Have fair knowledge on the MEP & HVAC system components and uses
• Ability to use Microsoft office applications
