Job location: Abu Dhabi

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales revenue by promoting and selling the company’s medical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. The role requires strong CRM competency, disciplined sales follow-up, accurate quotation preparation, order coordination, and close monitoring of customer receivables.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Management
  • Actively promote and sell assigned medical products to existing and new healthcare customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and purchasing decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
CRM & Sales Administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (leads, opportunities, activities, quotations, orders).
  • Log all customer interactions, site visits, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Ensure sales pipeline and forecasts are realistic and regularly updated.
Quotations & Order Processing
  • Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations in line with approved pricing, margins, and company policies.
  • Receive customer purchase orders and ensure correctness (pricing, quantities, delivery terms).
  • Coordinate with Sales Support, Operations, and Logistics for order processing, fulfilment, and delivery tracking.
  • Proactively follow up with customers on order status until completion.
Receivables & Payment Follow-Up
  • Monitor customer outstanding balances related to own accounts.
  • Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and pending payments in coordination with Finance.
  • Support timely collection of receivables to meet company cash-flow targets.
  • Escalate payment issues or disputes promptly to management.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare regular sales reports (weekly/monthly) covering sales performance, pipeline, and collections.
  • Comply with company policies, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements related to medical products.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
Skills
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong CRM system competency (experience with Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar preferred).
  • Ability to prepare professional quotations and manage sales documentation accurately in CRM.
  • Good understanding of order flow, delivery coordination, and basic logistics processes.
  • Comfortable following up on receivables and payment commitments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and disciplined sales approach.
