A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Control Manager in Dubai to oversee the Payments end-to-end controls strategy. This is a role where you can make a real difference! The Firm-wide Control Management team provides a centralized view of all control functions, and thereby drives real time problem detection, escalation, review and solutions. Our designated control managers support their stakeholders in managing the control environment. Partner with Management, Risk and Compliance, and oversee audits and regulatory exams for the various coverage areas.
As a Control Manager within our Payment Control Team, you will be responsible for aligning cross-functional support to the business priorities. You will closely collaborate with key global Business and Functional partners as well as regional leadership across Payments including Operations, Technology, Product Management, and Compliance to develop, communicate and implement the Payments end to end controls strategy in region. You will support execution of a control agenda across the region’s modernization programs, being responsible for aligning cross-functional support to the business priorities, and the execution of regional payment regulatory agenda and lead governance across the program.
