Requirements
- Must hold Valid ADNOC Approval as Master
- COC Master (II/2) STCW compliant
- Minimum 5 years experience as Master on offshore vessels (AHTS, PSV, etc.)
- Valid STCW certificates, Medical (OGUK/ADNOC), Seaman Book
- Excellent knowledge of offshore operations and safety regulations
- Strong leadership, communication & crew management skills

Job Responsibilities & Skills
- Vessel Command & Leadership – Proven ability to take full command of offshore vessels. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. Effective crew management and conflict resolution skills.
- Regulatory Compliance – In-depth knowledge of ADNOC regulations, IMO, and international maritime laws. Familiarity with ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and STCW requirements.
- Navigation & Operational Expertise – Proficient in voyage planning, radar/ARPA, ECDIS, and navigational watchkeeping. Experience in DP (Dynamic Positioning) operations (if vessel is DP-equipped). Familiar with mooring, anchoring, towing, and offshore marine operations.
- Safety & Emergency Management – Strong focus on HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards. Ability to lead emergency drills, firefighting, man-overboard, and abandon ship operations. Incident reporting and root cause analysis.
- Communication & Reporting – Excellent communication skills for coordination with onshore teams and ADNOC clients. Proficient in English (written & verbal). Ability to maintain logs, reports, and vessel documents with accuracy.
- Technical & Mechanical Awareness – Basic knowledge of engine room operations and vessel systems. Ability to coordinate with Chief Engineer and technical teams.
- IT & Documentation Skills – Familiar with electronic chart systems, ship management software, and report submission. Ability to handle audits, inspections, and documentation as per ADNOC standards.
