About you

To be considered for the Marsh Early Careers program, you must be a UAE national (with a family book), a final-year student or recent graduate who demonstrates:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong academic grades
  • Enthusiasm for developing a long-term career within the professional services industry
  • Ability to work in teams with a spirit of collaboration, engagement, and inclusion
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language is an advantage)
  • Passion to develop a long-term career in risk strategy and people
  • Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Result-oriented
