Overview

Dawia Family Office is seeking a Marketing Officer to bring structure, pace, and quality to our external marketing activities. This role translates strategic direction into tactical execution—covering events, digital campaigns, content production, and automation. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and contribute significantly to brand positioning and lead engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution — Coordinate logistics for webinars, exhibitions, and roadshows in line with the Zoho-powered marketing calendar.
  • Content Distribution — Schedule and distribute newsletters, blog posts, and event invitations using Zoho Campaigns and related tools.
  • Video Production — Supervise the creation of storyboards and final edits in collaboration with internal and external video teams.
  • Vendor Coordination — Manage deliverables and workflows with marketing partners including Dara Agency and Mirantes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or content execution
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, Mailchimp)
  • Fluent in English (French or Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong writing and reporting abilities
