Job Description

To manage and enhance the school’s online presence through engaging, accurate, and timely content on social media platforms, aligning with the school’s mission, values, and communication goals.
1. Content Creation & Management
  • Create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Highlight school events, student achievements, classroom activities, and staff spotlights.
2. Community Engagement
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive online community and represent the school’s voice and tone.
  • Align content with the school’s brand guidelines, mission, and values.
  • Develop social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and enrollment interest.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
4. Event Promotion
  • Promote school events such as open houses, fundraisers, performances, sports games, and spirit weeks.
  • Provide live coverage when appropriate (stories, posts, reels, etc.).
  • Work closely with school administration, teachers, and student groups to gather content.
  • Assist in training or guiding staff on best practices for submitting content or using school social platforms responsibly.
6. Compliance & Digital Safety
