About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Marketing professional (AM–M level) who is currently based in Dubai and can independently plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that directly drive sales revenue and footfall to our client's pop-up stores and retail activations across the city. This role requires strong local market knowledge and hands-on retail marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Ownership & Execution
  • Independently plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns to drive footfall and sales revenue for pop-up stores.
  • Own campaigns end-to-end, from concept, budgeting, and execution to post-campaign performance analysis.
  • Develop and localize campaigns aligned with Dubai retail calendars, mall activations, and seasonal peaks.
Retail & Pop-Up Marketing
  • Lead on-ground execution for pop-up stores, including POS materials, in-store promotions, and activations.
  • Coordinate with mall management, vendors, agencies, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all retail touchpoints.
Performance & Reporting
  • Track and report on footfall, sales uplift, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and customer insights.
Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with internal retail, sales, and operations teams as the primary marketing owner for pop-up initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3–6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to independently run retail campaigns that drive sales revenue and footfall.
